- 4π§Download the ZIP from email
- 5π€Upload the ZIP as-is
- In the Instagram app: Profile β Menu (β‘) β Settings and privacy
- Open Accounts Center β Your information and permissions β Download your information
- Pick your account, choose βSome of your informationβ, check only βFollowers and followingβ, then request a download
- Download the ZIP file from the email Instagram sends you
- Upload that ZIP file as-is below β no need to unzip. We handle the rest automatically
Either JSON or HTML format works. You can also unzip and upload the individual followers / following files if you prefer.
